At Drape in a Minute Sarees, we take pride in delivering your order safely and promptly. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
We have Stock available in 2 warehouses.
If the stock is in NZ warehouse, shipping will be charged as per NZ policy below, for all other orders international shipping rate will apply as calculated at check out.
If the stock is in the Indian warehouse, international shipping rates will apply for all as calculated at checkout. Do check product location before placing order and email us for assistance at any time to help with freight we can re-work for you.
Shipping Within New Zealand
Free Shipping: Complimentary delivery on all orders over $100 NZD and available in the NZ warehouse.
Flat Rate: Orders under $100 NZD incur a $10 delivery fee.
Currency & Tax: All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of New Zealand GST.
Courier Partner: We ship via New Zealand Couriers.
Delivery to residential/business addresses: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).
Rural deliveries: May take an additional 1–3 business days.
Tracking: Every parcel is tracked and traceable. Tracking details will be emailed once your order is dispatched.
Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please provide a valid home or business address.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the following countries: USA, UK, Australia, Singapore, and Canada.

Delivery Timeline
Orders are typically delivered within 10–15 business days from purchase.
We understand sarees are often bought for special occasions. While we aim to deliver on time, we encourage you to order well in advance to avoid delays.
Taxes & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees.
You may be contacted by the carrier for payment before your parcel is released from customs.
Terms & Conditions
We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Estimated delivery times are guidelines only. Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control.
Orders cannot be redirected once dispatched.
Anyone at the delivery address is considered authorized to accept delivery on your behalf.
Shipping rates are reviewed regularly and may change without prior notice.
Free Shipping Promotions
Free shipping promotions apply only during specified periods and may exclude certain products.
Exceptions:
Sale or discounted items may not qualify.
Oversized or heavy parcels may incur additional charges (you will be notified before order confirmation).
We reserve the right to amend or withdraw free shipping offers at any time.

RETURNS POLICY
Can I return my online order?
At Drape in a minute Sarees, each piece is curated with utmost love, dedication, and artistic integrity. As such, we do not entertain returns or exchanges.
- However, in the unlikely event that you received a damaged item or an incorrect product, you can raise a return/exchange request within 72 hours of the delivery.
- Your return/exchange request should be sent by email within 72 hours of receiving your shipment, along with the pictures of the delivered product. Kindly note that any request made post the 72-hour window will not be eligible for return.
- After receiving your request, we will review it and, within 5 working days, send you an authorization for return/exchange. Once you've been granted authorization, you will have to ship the product to the address provided by us. Alternatively, if our delivery partner's pick-up service is available in your area, we will arrange for the pickup of the item.
- For any return/exchange, please ensure that the product is in its original unused condition with original bill and tags intact.
- Once we receive the product it will be examined by the quality team and if we find that the issue(s) you have raised is correct, we will initiate the refund/exchange.
- If you opted for a refund, it will take up to 7 working days to get it credited to your bank account.
Note : while our intent is to capture the product colour as accurately as possible, minor colour variations in the website picture and the product you receive may occur. This could be because of light settings, angle of picture and nature of fabric. This does not form grounds for a return/exchange.
Online orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded if the customer changes their mind and no longer wants the product.
If the customer chooses the wrong size and color, they will be liable for the courier cost to return the order and will pay for the courier cost for the exchange.

Will my refund include courier charges?
Unfortunately, we cannot refund courier charges unless the product is not as described or faulty. If the customer chooses the wrong size and color, they will be liable for the courier cost to return the order and will pay for the courier cost for the exchange.
Cancellations
We allow cancellations until your order is shipped. You can reach out to us at drapeinaminutesarees@gmail.com to cancel your orders. We won't be able to take any cancellation requests once the order is shipped.
